End of July Prayer Requests
Prayer ListGospel Efficacy – We have 8000 students in just a few weeks to preach the Gospel to. Pray for its effectiveness, for it to take seed and for people to come to Christ. Diligence and Perserverance – The first half of the semester is always a mad dash, and it can be hard to balance the new baby Asher, the wife and my two daughters. Pray for my diligence to be faithful in my schooling, my work, and my family and balancing all these. The University – Pray for Keith Darrell and Max Curell both coming up in September to help further the mission of STK on campus. Student Leaders – Theres always a funk when students come back, and I require prayer to be able to encourage and strengthen them to the work ahead of them.
When we cannot pray as we would, it is good to pray as we can. If I feel myself disinclined to pray, then is the time when I need to pray more than ever. Prayer is the natural outgushing of a soul in communion with Jesus. – C.H. Spurgeon
