Prayer Requests from us at MTU

Prayer is the fuel for the fire of ministry around the world, and we want to keep it as stoked as possible. As often as you have time to offer prayers to our God about what’s going on up here we are thankful for those prayers and for your support.

I am sorry for the tardiness, I have been especially swamped and behind.

Prayers for MTU

Church Plant

We have officially started the church plant in Houghton to plant a church that we can nest STK under. It’s basically STK but for adults and the community. Prayers for it’s growth and my preaching would be appreciated.

AIA/Chaplain

I have been invited to preach to a gathering of all the varsity athletes at MTU. I will have more details soon, but my role is expanding slightly here, so prayers for it to be God Glorifying.

Outreach

We have many students who we are attempting to interact with but everyone is getting bogged down by school work. Prayers for students to be relieved or diligent in their work so we can build reach them with the Gospel of Truth.

Giving!

We have received our official designation letter for 501c3, which means if you have been giving, your (or your spouses) company may match that donation. We have one couple whose company matches up to 10k worth the donations each year. If you have the opportunity to check that out, we would appreciate it. We reached 63% of our goal recently, putting me full-time and better able to support my family. Thank you all for your generosity and the work made possible on campus.

Thank you all for your prayers!
